24 January 2022, the 2022 Spring Festival Condolence Activity for students who stayed in the school during the winter vacation was successfully held. More than 30 students from the School of Environmental Science and Engineering and the School of Foreign Languages participated in this activity.

The students introduced their winter vacation life and study. Afterwards, teachers and students cut window decorations together to celebrate the Chinese New Year. Cutting window flowers has always been an important custom for the Chinese nation to celebrate the Spring Festival. In the process of paper-cutting, everyone gave full play to their imagination and helped each other when they encountered difficulties, not only tasted traditional cultural customs, but also experienced the joy of artistic creation.

Zhang Ansheng, Vice President of SJTU, sent New Year blessings to the students. Before the meeting, he also visited the laboratory of iron environmental chemistry and pollution control technology.
