ZOU Xingyue, an undergraduate from the School of Environmental Science and Engineering, is about to graduate this summer with loads of happy memories she created at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Apart from gaining professional knowledge and skills in developing new energy (including research published in the Journal of Materials Chemistry A), she is a marvelous Guzheng (Chinese zither) player and once led the student association of Chinese instruments. In November 2020, she worked as a volunteer in the third China International Import Expo. In the future, she will pursue a further degree in the cross-cutting area of environment, chemistry and materials at SJTU, devoting more to protecting the environment.
